All lot of mine have had that option old and new.
I dont know what is meant by "legacy" though. Do you (or your BIOS) mean
USB1 vs. USB2 devices? If so, Im pretty sure my Belkin SA is "legacy".
I have no clue what is meant by legacy usb but everything works, even
my USB 1.1 devices.
